Current Flavours

We steer away from mainstream flavouring methods and use traditional techniques which are unique, costly and time consuming but we think are worth it! Our flavour's will change on a regular basis to run with current harvest and seasonal availability to ensure freshness in every scoop.

1.    Chocolate Therapy – A slightly Salted Chocolate ice-cream is accompanied by hunks of house made Chocolate Brownie and then finished with a house made Chocolate Sauce. A bit Naughty if we do say ourselves.

2.    Vanilla bean & Clotted Cream – An all-time classic, except we add clotted cream and use Fair-trade Madagascan vanilla beans.

3.    Kesar Mango Sorbet - A Super refreshing sorbet which incorporates Kesar Mango’s harvested from the foothills of Girnar - Western India. It’s Vegan too! 

4.   Double Fudge - Vanilla Bean ice-cream, house made secret recipe fudge swirl & award winning clotted cream fudge pieces. Our take on what Devon is famed for.

5.   Bueno Cookie Pie – The collab you didn’t know you needed! Chocolate Hazelnut ice-cream combined with generous helpings of The Old Parlour Bakes Kinder Cookie Pie. Thank us later.

6.    Willies Single Origin – A rich Chocolate ice-cream using Willies Cacao single origin Columbian Chocolate.

7.    Bajan Rum & Raisin - The finest Barbadian Rum from the Mt. Gay distillery intertwines with the plumpest golden raisins to produce a punchy delicious classic.

8.   Speckled Peppermint – American Peppermint ice-cream with high grade semi sweet Belgium chocolate speckled throughout.

9.   Blueberries w/Exmoor Honey – Ever so slightly tart Chilian Blueberries are reduced down into a compote where local Honey is combined to produce a wonderful sweetness. The colour (and flavour) are to die for!

10.    Apple Crumble & Custard – Locally grown Cooking apples are reduced into a Cinnamon spiked Apple curd and combined with house made crumble clusters and or signature Vanilla Custard Base - Stop it!

11. Strawberries & Cream - Is there anything better the South West Strawberries & Clotted Cream? We think not. Made in House with local Stawberries pureed down to make a Sweet Summer Treat

12. Lemon Meringue Tang - Sicilian lemon zest is steeped into a sweet cream base and then we throw in heaps of house made curd & meringue pieces - A firm favourite.

13. Cookies & Cream - Sweet cream ice cream + helpings of everyone’s favourite sandwich style cookies!

14. Toasted Jam Doughnut - Yeah you read it right the first time! Local Jam Doughnut infused ice-cream with a jammy swirl - We went there!

15. Banana Custard - Rich Vanilla Custard paired with the ripest African Bananas we can get our hands on! Quickly becoming one of our faves!
